We are celebrating the hot joys of charcuterie this week. Our offering is based off a traditional Chinese dish of cold sliced meats accompanied by jellyfish salad served during Chinese New Year: 
Szechuan pickled pork knuckle🐖, Drunk chicken🐓, XO braised beef shank🐃, South Texas Heritage Farm’s Red cooked pighead. Serve with jellyfish salad, preserved cabbage, and yellow hot mustard. $20 #charcweek (at Hot Joy)
